Our team was put to the test with an interesting challenge in Bolivia: a project involving four sourcing origins and DDP delivery. At the customer’s request, we loaded the equipment at the production facility in Latin America. The project was routed through the northern port of Arica, Chile, where we registered the containers with the customs authorities in a transit zone. Thanks to close cooperation and relationships with our partners in Chile and Bolivia, we were able to execute final clearance and cross-dock the cargo into small trucks ready to take on the Andes mountain range and secure timely delivery.
